Words hold power and influence us. These words form narratives. Words can create and destroy. Words form the essence of our stories.
This past year the following words helped define the cycle, the season, and transformation I experienced. I think the words we intentionally or unintentionally choose shape how we view the world, how we understand ourselves and others. These words form us. I am thankful for the cycles, the seasons, and the changes. It was a hell of a year and I hope these words can inspire, evoke, and empower you to think and feel the words that shape your stories.
Have you taken time to reflect on this year. I have a feeling you have, and if so, I would love to know more about that. Sharing and listening are personal intentions in 2023.
We matter, and there is something powerful about affirming that.
