Here are 20 things I do to live a life that pursues mindfulness, purity and wholeness.
I remember during my first pregnancy in 2019 that I acquired what I call my "super powers"... it was a blessing and a curse. I could SMELL everything. The power of smell correlated to the developed sensitivity to TOXIC chemicals, strong odors, processed foods, and the list goes on. My whole way of life changed..
SO, here is the LIST I abide to LIVING WHOLE.
Replace use of toxic cleaning agents
Safe, toxic free shampoo & conditioners
Aluminum-free deodorant (a challenging transition)
No alcohol or drugs (thankfully an easy one for me)
Less processed foods- whole, colorful, nutrition rich foods
Higher intake of water & liquids
Social media break ( gradual but I was nearly 2 years without the use of social media )
Wiser and healthier conflict resolution
Mindful conversations with myself and others
Zero tolerance for gossip
Zero tolerance for the news / media
Strive for adventure, whether it's a small trip o trying something new
Balance of reading for fun, inspiration, and education
Spending copious amounts of hours outdoors with others, and especially my children
Practicing gratitude, it is the best attitude
Less spending ! Pay off debt ! Giving generously !
Staying present- curious- and pursue quality time with others
Minimalist style of living : spring clean & fall purge
Writing, even if it feels silly, and I think no one will read it
Mindful praying- soft prayers, loud prayers, intentional prayers

There you have it. I hope this list is helpful to someone out there.
A lot of this has helped transform my mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
